Our General Manager, Paul Nelson, came to Shining Mountain Ranch in the early spring of 2015. Paul was born and raised on his family cattle ranch in South East Idaho and brings his lifelong knowledge of working cattle and working the land to SMR. Paul is an avid outdoorsman and huntsman which, along with his ranching, contracting management, and piloting experience, has lent well to the responsibilities and on-going projects here at Shining Mountain Ranch. There could not be a more perfect fit for he and his family than being here at SMR as it encompasses everything that they enjoy together.
Cliff Anderson has been with Shining Mountain Ranch since 2002; however, Cliff spent many hours before that as an independent contractor working on the lodge project. Before his Shining Mountain years Cliff was a successful restauranteur. Cliff, along with his wife, Teresa have three children and have lived in Sula for 13 years.
